FIN 307 Managerial Finance

Prerequisite: FIN 260 or FIN 301, ECO 106, MAT 111 or MAT 131 and junior standing .

Course Description: This course emphasizes techniques of corporate valuation and investment decisions as they relate to the asset side of the firm's balance sheet. Topics essential to corporate financial analysis, including advanced capital budgeting, working capital management, financial forecasting, and managerial economics, are also covered.
