Course Description: Comprehensive analysis of the major corporate financing decisions of the firm. Provides the necessary analytical tools and a solid theoretical background to sound financial decision-making and management. Covers financial statement analysis, financial forecasting, time value of money, valuation of various types of financial securities, management of risk and return, cost of capital, the estimation and analysis of cash flows in the capital budgeting process, capital structure, dividend policies, and long-term financial planning.
