MGT 307 Hotel Management

Course Description: This course examines the role of management in the hotel industry. The basic managerial functions of planning, organizing, and controlling will be examined. Special attention will be given to the issues of staff planning and scheduling, productivity analysis, international standards and practice, and policy formulation.
