MGT 315 Small Business Management

Course Description: Managerial problems involved in planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling a small business firm's total operation are analyzed. Utilizing the case study approach, emphasis is placed on the concepts of management, accounting, finance, law, and marketing as they specifically apply to the small business sector of the economy.
