MGT 364 Organizational Theory and Development

Course Description: This course examines the nature and problems of organizations from a macro-perspective. Planned approaches to organizational change will also be considered. Topics include structural, technological, and behavioral approaches to change, models of change, intervention methods, change agent behavior and management of change.
