MGT 462 Advanced Human Resources Management Applications

Prerequisite: MGT 362.

Course Description: This course is an overview of advanced applications in five human resources management (HRM) functions: Staffing, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Career Management, and Human Resources Planning. Students will examine these functions within the context of the wider HRM function and its strategic impact on the overall organizations.
