LSS 240: Research and Analysis
LSS 257 Latinx Politics in the United States
LSS 400 Fieldwork Seminar (may be repeated once as an open elective)
      

Major Electives - Social Sciences (6 credits)

Student selects two courses from the following list:
POL 296R, 302M
SOC 112, 209, 227, 296S, 296V

Other Major Electives (6 credits minimum)

Student selects two advisor-approved courses from following list but only one "learning community" course:

HIS 113B, 113S, 345, NYC 230, POL 301J, 302C, WS 266
INT 198M* (this "learning community" course can fulfill one major elective option but student must consult with
academic advisor to determine credit distribution).
LAS 330* (this "learning community" course can fulfill one major elective option but student must consult
with academic advisor to determine credit distribution).

Open Electives (30-40 credits)

Includes UNV 101 - Freshman Seminar - for first-year freshman students (3 credits).
