CIT 201 Introduction to Programming Using Python

Course Description: This is a beginning programming course that provides the student with complete coverage of programming topics, with emphasis on the Python programming language. Students will learn basic programming concepts such as structure, decision-making, looping, good style, and logical thinking. Objects and object-oriented programming concepts are introduced very early in the text. The second semester covers data structure topics, including stacks, queues, lists, trees, sets, and graphs.
